All that is needed is good education and keeping in mind the mental state of the children.

Although a nanny can also do this work, but rich parents want their own replacement in their children’s life. For this, they want child companions educated from Harvard, Cambridge, Tsinghua and Peking University, who can teach the children manners and also give them a good education. This service is available in China for hours, days and live-in, for which different rates are fixed. According to estimates, parents are ready to pay from 1.5 lakh to 3.5-4 lakh per month for this work. Professional mothers are being hired from social media to agencies.
